I read through other similar problems here and hoped that someone could also help me out. I tried the System Update Readiness Tool and Windows Update Diagnostic with zero results. Looking through the update history, I saw that the Service Pack 1 update has failed probably a hundred times before. When trying to update from the Control Panel I am greeted with this error code: 800B0100 I pre-ordered Overwatch a few days ago and realized that I had to update to Service Pack 1 In order to install the game.
